Occupational Therapy Programs
Occupational Therapy Assistants help patients with disabilities develop, recover, and improve skills they need for daily living and working. They typically work in occupational therapists' offices, hospitals, and nursing facilities under the direction of occupational therapists.
At Missouri College, we believe in treating students like professionals, because we expect them to pursue and assume positions of responsibility in the real world after completing their studies. As a student at our school, you will be immersed in learning experiences similar to those you may encounter in a professional healthcare environment. In most cases, you have access to clinical externship sites where you will have the opportunity to acquire practical experience with real patients.
