Allied Health Programs
Allied Health professionals routinely interact with patients and perform a broad range of managerial duties in a variety of settings including doctors' and dentists' offices, clinics, laboratories, hospitals, managed care facilities, and many others. Programs in Allied Health are a mix of general education courses and a limited number of core allied health-related courses in order to help prepare career-focused students for advancement in their respective disciplines.
An Education Relevant to the Needs of Today's Employers
At Missouri College, we believe in treating students like professionals, because we expect them to pursue and assume positions of responsibility in the real world after completing their studies. As a student at our school, you will be immersed in learning experiences similar to those you may encounter in a professional healthcare environment. In most cases, you have access to clinical externship sites where you will have the opportunity to acquire practical experience with real patients.
